In B A D T I M E the body and repetition register & re-register. External markings & interior sensation are overlaid and in tension. Traces of existence are accumulated.

While the moving hand grasps the pencil, friction echoes back into the body. The moving body, the labouring body, does not passively submit to space and time but moves through both, not in time, but breaking it, out of time. Pathways are broken within sites of labour, the body becoming a function of technologies, its inhabitants’ traces left in systems.

B A D T I M E takes material & physiological fatigue as points of departure, to reveal the hidden & erase the seen.
